Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have purchased a flat in apartment and in the registration document builder register with 150 Sqft car parking. Now he is giving only 128 Sqft. Can we claim the money from builder. If so how?.How can we proceed legally. Ours is a 60 no flat's apartment.

Yes. You can claim compensation from the builder for his failure to adhere to the registered Agreement. You may claim the prevailing market price of land for the shortfall of 22 sq.ft. from the Developer.
