Legal Question in Consumer Law in
I have purchased a Flat in Thane, the Bulider has delayed the possession by more than one year. Now I am asking for the compensation, but there is no reply from the builder for my many reminders.
I have paid full amount during the registration only. I have incurred a loss of more than 5 lac of Rupees.

you can issue a legal notice to the builder thru an advocate and thereafter if need be file a case with Thane Dist Consumer Forum.

What I'll suggest is that you should first send a Legal Notice to him through your advocate and even if then you dont get any response you can take the matter to Consumer Court and claim for the compensation.
