Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hi,
I purchased few items in shopclues & coz i dint like then i went for Refund.
Unexpectedly i went for refund with most of my orders.
Now shopclues saying its a fraud and they are going to send me a legal notice.So please help me how to deal in this situations & should i accept the legal notice?

As per the refund policy, you have all rights to return the item and ask for refund. So I dont see any violation or fraud here. I can guide more If I see your legal notice. You can send the same to my mail id [email protected]
