Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I've purchased a property from a Bank, based on Sale Notice; deposited the total amount; yet to receive the Sale Certificate or to refund the entire amount with calculated interest; notice/letters served to the Bank; no response; I want to take legal step now. What is the process?

It is general problem with the purchaser in bid of bank auctioned property as soon as the amount is deposited in the bank the bank officials reluctant to take steps for securing the title and possession of the property.Issue the legal notice to the bank officers including chief manager and the chairman of the bank.You may try the option of bank ombudsman.
