Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i purchased a shop in the society in the year 2007 , society rejected my membership for some illegal structure in the shop before i acquired the shop , now i made appeal with the registrar of society for membership and i got the order in my favor.
between this period i could not do any business or rent out my shop and suffer big loss.
can i make a claim suit on society or its committee member for this losses i suffered because of the misuse of their power in the society.

Dear Sir / Madam,
YES, you can certainly file a suit against the office bearers of the Society for the loss sufferred by you for unnecessarily delaying your membership in the Society.
