Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have pursued a degree from an institute. the course costs 375000, but the institute took no responsibility to provide any placement or even an assistance.
is there any legal provision to get the amount back or any such compensation?

Does the brochure or ny document of the institute says that it will offer its students any placement or is there any advertisement to that effect? If you, you can't claim the refund.
