i purchased sony vaio vpceh35en black in february 2012

laptop lene ke within 15 days ke baad isme bluescreen aa jati thi..

N laptop kbhi kbhi chalte chalte automatic bina koi warning diye turn off ho jata tha..

Ye problem month me 2-3 bar ati thi.. Jb m service center pe le gya tow unhone bola ki hmare samne to problem ni aa rhi

Heating ki wajah se hota hoga

Then m thoda cautious ho gya.. After 3-4 month jab ye problem boht jyada ho gyi I mean din me 3-4 bar to mene fir call kiya then they said that update ur bios.. Uske update krne ke bd ye problem again 2-3 month tk ni ayi..

After 3 month jb ye fir se ayi tow main sony service center pahucha.. Vaha unhone ram nikali then cotton se saaf kr ke fir laga di..

Again after 2-3 month jb meri warranty expire hue 2 month hogye then problem had se jyada ho gyi.. Laptop on hi nhi ho rha tha.. Then unhone laptop service ke liye accept kiya.. Then they called ki sir apki motherboard me problem hn it costs around 12000rs.. Then I refused..

Tb unhone 281rs cancellation charge ke liye and representative said ki baki koi problem to nhi hn bt aap ram upgrade ni kr skoge.

Iske 48hour bad aj again ye problem aa rhi hn..

Sir I am a middle class engineering student.. Loan leke lappy liya hn. Meri industrial training chal rhi hn.. Or saara project is lappy me.. I am fed upnow.. Ye lappy na to kahi gira hai or na hi heat, moisture ka kuch hua hai..

Kya IPC me aisa koi law hn jo mujhe justice dila sake

*Agr hn to jitne ke kitne chances hn

*nd jitne par mujhe kya milega
