Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I want to send a legal notice to an E-Commerce site Indiatimes Shopping. I purchased a product from them and made the payment through debit card but they are not shipping my product and their customer care is making false promises of delivering the product in 2-3 days but they are not shipping it. They told me that the product is in Stock but they are not telling me why they are not shipping it. It has been 15 days and no activity from their side.
Can anyone help me how to write a legal notice then can create an impact on them and they must ship my product and give me a compensation for the mental abuse i have gone through?

You should lodge a complaint against the Company in the local consumer forum.
