Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have signed a agreement with my builder to purchase a duplex in bhopal on 18/10/12 of 35 lakh including registry, he committed to give the possession with in 8 months after paying the entire amount, he also committed for plot registry during this period (but not mentioned this in agreement) and finance the loan.I have paid him Rs. 17.88 lakh in 4 installment, he has not fulfill the commitment of plot registry and loan. I frequently reminds him for registry and loan but till date no any property paper provided by him to us, that i could the finance at my level. please advise us what legal action can be taken against builder?
