Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
sir i have booked a flat. the project was delayed for two yrs due to no legal permissions. after long waiting i had invested my money other property. now project is in progress. but due to delay in due amount builder has cancelled my flat by sending a letter with cheque of booking amout.what can i do now?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the first builder's project got delayed, you should have requested that builder to refund whatever amount you paid them since they had defaulted, and invested that money in the next project; because if you do not make timely payment to the builder, the builder is entitled to cancel your booking and refund back your money.
