Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Sir in 2007 we bought a land in partnership and my partner build their home to cover more land from registry now he is selling his property and showed 119 square feet area for selling while his registered property only 102 square feet

If it is mentioned in your purchase deed,his share is up to 119 sq ft .then only he can sell 119 sq ft. Otherwise the sale deed will be null and void.

In the purchase deed or partnership deed, the area as it mentioned will be applicable.
