Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

i purchased a boot from snapdeal.com . they offer me a leather shoe , but i got a ladies model velve cloth type shoe from them. they delivered through bluedart courior. i got this shoe almost two months before and i complained them for refund or return the product but yet there is no actions initiated from snapdeal.com .they are cheating me . product name is AT Classic Leather shoe cost Rs-699/- . i approached consumer court at kottayam . but they are telling its head office at delhi so they cant process the case or give a pettition by adding bluedart courior . what should i do please give me a solution . is there any hope for filing pettition against online shopping websites. please clear me. i almost send 10 emails to snapdeal. on their website they are assuring their products return. but now they are telling for rural areas they cant make any pick and return with bluedart. its also cheating as mentuioned in website.

Dear Sreejith TG,

You are wrongly being misguided by the Consumer Court at Kottayam whose duty and responsibilty it is, to register your case and send a summons to the Supplier Snapdeal in the matter. You should initiate action against the erring officers of the Consumer Court for dereliction of duty. You should simultaneously lodge a Police complaint for cheating in the local Police station for refund of your money. Lastly, never ever buy such products looking at online pictures of the products on their website, as there is always a likelihood of misappropriation. Always buy products across the counter which you see at shops.
