sir i have suffering online shopping site.they deduct my payment 7 day ago but product is not shipped yet. site promise to delivery 7-9 working day.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please mail the online shopping site to either mail the product within 3 days, or credit the amount vide an ECS back to your A/c, failing which you should lodge a complaint with the local consumer forum.
