Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hello sir,
As a consumer my question is about a courier service provider.
1.
15 days back, a bank sent me a courier via an international level courier service provider, Which I have never received.
2.
Their online database as well as their officers says it is delivered to some XYZ person.
3.
Courier was for me and it was delivered to some unknown person.
My courier contains some personal financial document, which does not leads me to any financial loss.
Can I ask for compensation for above? if yes how much?
