Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hello sir,
As a consumer my question is about a courier service provider.
1.
15 days back, a bank sent me a courier via an international level courier service provider, Which I have never received.
2.
Their online database as well as their officers says it is delivered to some XYZ person.
3.
Courier was for me and it was delivered to some unknown person.
can you help me how I can file a case in consumer forum?
What are the chances of winning ?

Good. The onus lies on the courier company to furnish documentary evidence that the letter has been delivered to you.
