Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Sir,

Good Morning, I purchased 26' LCD Sony TV on 26.06.2013, TV automatically turning off, after starting, with in 2 mints automatically turning off, I gave a complaint to Sony Authorised service centre, They service 5 to 6 times, but same problem raising (TV Automatic off) what to do right now?? I thought first take legal advice after than i proceed what to do?? please give sufficient advice..

you can file a case in the consumer forum for the LCD and seek replacement and damages.

Dear B Praveen Kumar,

If the Sony Television has been malfunctioning since the time you purchased it and you have documentary proof that despite servicing, the problem still recurs, you should tell the Company to give you a new Sony Television in place of the defective piece since it is still under the period of Warranty and there is a original manufacturing defect.
