Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Sir/Madam,
some took temporary electricity connection with the my ration card copy and affidavit attached and forged with forged signature on it....
I received two notice for it....bses says you are guarantee and you will pay the electricity bill,,, but I don't know about that person.....What will I do

If the signature on the affidavit are forged then lodge an FIR against the person who has used the signature. You can make a representation to the BSES about it.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should inform BSES to immediately disconnect the electricity service stating that you are in no way liable to settle any bills, citing the act of forgery. A Police complaint thereto is advisable and recommended.
