Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Sir/mam
A reprensative from Getit approached me and told thay are offering a speak promotion offer and if I pay them 38000 rs for 1 year through ecs payment thay will promote my business on google 1 st page for 1 year. So I made the payment through cheque. But only for 2 days my website appeared on google first page after that there was no response from them nor that are replying my emails. But thay are withdrawing cash my bank account.
Because of them I can promote my business since my money is locked from them.
I would like to know if I can approach consumer court ? And can I also claim a compensation ?

yes you can approach the consumer court and also make a criminal complaint of cheating against them at your police station.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Never be under the wrong notion that all your business is done by your website merely appearing on Google search. Never ever think like your computers do. Computers only store data and information; nothing more, the business has to actually be run by you.
You should instruct your bank to immediately discontinue the ECS to avoid any further loss of money. Learn from your mistake and move on.
