Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I sold out my led TV with loss of 17 thousand due to picture quality issue.
Note - Technically Plasma Tv Picture quality is perfect and best compared to led tv.
Then I purchased Plasma from a Japanese company for a sum of Rs. 1 lakh six thousand with three year Indian warranty due Led not performs better but after opening new box I noticed that there is a fault in picture quality.
After One day I complained in this regard to Company Junior Engineer visit then senior engineer visit, then company promised me that we will replace your plasma with a new one plasma.
But After 2 months Company informed me that there is no stock of Plasma we are giving u new led tv instead plasma tv.
I asked him that I already sold led tv with loss of 17 thousand due to picture quality issue.
Company dragged me till more than 11 months by giving false excuses, Now company closed his Plasma Tv manufacturing unit.
Till date I am saying arrange me pLASMA TV Replacement or Plasma pANEL REPLACEMENT ......
COMPANY is offering me for led tv and saying we are ready to give u refund...
but after taking refund there is no purpose solve...
After taking refund only one option left for me is to purchase new led tv which I don't want.
What should I do. kindly TELL ME DISPUTE IS PENDING FROM 11 MONTHS

better to take refund and buy plasma tv of any other company.

you will get it in cheap rates coz now a days new technology is in the market.
