Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I have started a E-commerce website selling clothes & other stuff in India, I have done all the registrations process but I had a question regarding the products. Is it required to have a special permission from the law to use explicit lines like "Bit*h Please", "Ni*ga" or any other Ghetto/Slang words on the products? And if yes, where it should be informed or registered?
