a tata motors dealer located at Solan in Himachal Pradesh has resold me Tata Vista India VX Model car. the car appears to be used earlier. please guide

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can file a suit against the dealer with the Consumer Forum, claiming replacement of your existing vehicle with a new vehicle; or a full money refund.
