If u have 5 years loan of 4000 rand and debt council agrees that i will only pay 3000 rand , i will pay 3000 rand for how long???

It seems this is a academic question or dummy query as the factual matrix which is stated is in relation to a different jurisdiction but the query is asked for Indian Jurisdiction.
I will still try to attempt the query, however it is advised that a second opinion should be sought.
Answer: For how long and what the querist ought to pay must be incorporated in the order of the debt council itself, but if it is not so incorporated, then you or the creditor (borrrower) will have to pay for the agreed amount for the balance tenure.
