Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Our upper floor flat owner is not repairing his toilate seepage to my flat.we have informed to upper floor flat owner and also society committee 2 mths back but nobody has taken action till now and our building is not authorised. Kindly advice the legal action that we can take against him

1) What do u mean by building not authorised?
2) If it is illegal not regularised under building unauthorised construction, how can u issue legal notice against that person?
