Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Our upper floor flat owner is not repairing his toilate seepage to my flat.he has also changed the location of bathroom and kitchen for which permission is required under section 342 of bmc act 1988. we have informed to upper floor flat owner and also society committee 2 mths back but nobody has taken action till now and construction of building is not permitted by govt. Kindly advice the legal action that we can take against him. please rly me in mail if possible.. My email id [email protected]
