Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I wanted to start an online store with all the random products i can sell in India. So along with selling clothes and mugs i also wanted to sell bong (Glass Pipes) online, but i am rather confused does law of India allow me to do that or do i have to get any licensing done for it ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, the law in India allows you to set up your own online store, design your own website, and organize a payment gateway with a corresponding bank of your choice to accept payments for goods and services. Remaining true to your commitment as far as delivery of products, goods and services is concerned is very important, advisable and recommended.
Regards,
