25 Dec 2015 Mene Delhi registration Bike li hai.

jis party se li hai usne sirf mjhe gaadi ka RC or sign letter (form 29 and 30) diye hain jis par gaadi ke real owner ke sign hai.

or usne ye bhi kaha hai gaadi bank se clear hai.

jab me transport authority gaadi ownership transfer karane gaya to waha pata chala gaadi par loan par. or me full payment kar chuka hu or gaadi bhi mere pass hai.

please suggest me....

Dear Sir / Madam,

You simply ask the Owner or his / her Agent through whom you did the bike deal to furnish you with the Loan Clearance Certificate / Letter / NOC from the loan lender within 3 (three) days, failing which you should lodge a Police NC - Non-Cognizable Offence and return back the bike on receipt of your entire money back from them.
