on demand mr x promise to pay to mr y or order the sum of rs.100/- (rupees one hundred only) at any places in indian union.

according to the agreement please note that mr x inherits a building from his father (as per will). he kept nothing by his own income to the legal heirs.can mr y ask the legal heirs of mr x to sell the building in order to settle the debts by mr x after his death.?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Mr. Y will have to first prove in Court that the debt of deceased Mr. X are still unpaid, for the Court to issue orders calling upon the legal heirs of Mr. X to settle the debt.

More facts needed - when was the debt taken, and when was it to be repaid? How many years have lapsed? Whether it has become barred by law of limitation or not? etc.
