Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I am advocate XXXX I already send the arbitration notice to your residence and your office address, but there is no response from your side. Recently we got your residence adders and email id. We are going to file the case, if you want amicable settlement and amicably close the issue from out of court, to avoid further legal action contacts me immediately.

The pending amount on this card has resulted in your name to be referred to CIBIL which is a common database for all banks to check for credit worthiness before issuing any debt/loan products. And we are going to send passport impounding notice to passport office.

"I have got an email from an advocate stating that they are going to send a notice to passport office to impound my passport. can the credit card company do this?"

Dear Sir / Madam,

Court orders are essential to impound a passport. You should negotiate, repay and settle your credit card dues instantly which is advisable and recommended.
