Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
Arbitration award is given by Pune arbitrator as exparte for Hdfc bank against me in 2013 June.ep is submitted in solapur distt court.I took the notice of ep and adv appeared on my behalf.I need to know how to delay the matter and pay the bank in instalments for 1 or 2 years

Your counsel should plead accordingly before the Judge and request for time extension in the matter citing valid grounds.
