bank issued sale certificate on june 2011, under security act in public action.
The action purchaser not register 'd document till dt nov2014..is the sale certificate is valid in he eyes of laws. he is also not cleared dues and attachments to the purchased property .
In the sale certificate the dues and attachment by court is mentioned, the purchaser bought the property "as and where condition " . what is his postion now.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The purchaser still stands to enjoy the title to the property as per the Sale Deed of the Bank. At most, the purchaser can be legally tried for default in settlement of property dues.
