the bank sold my property on auction. what is the process thereafter. who ensures i get moneys owing to me the bank or banks attorneys

The bank's attorneys will handle it and must pay you any monies received from the sale over what you owe to the bank. You should check to make sure that a fair price is received on sale because if there is a sale in execution and the bank bids only up to their debt and nobody else bids you will not get anything back.
