Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

I have borrowed money from one of my so called friend five years ago, and have been given interest on regular basis since then... i borrowed 2lacs and 75 thousend, however inspite of me giving regualr interest she keeps coming to my house, performs social emmbarassment, and call me and my kids names if we delay for a day or two, i am single parent and dont have nay source of income to pay ten thousend every month and i need to ake care of myself and my kids livelihood as well. whenever offered her make an reasonably EMI which is manageable to pay, but she threats that my brother is this and that and refuses to cooperate . though these transaction doesn have and legal or written Documents, and things are gettin over my head. i want to pay but not like this i want some reasonably affordable EMI and be made so i can get over with it. please help, and since five years i have been paying ten thousend every month and the principal amount hasn come down, she mentioned its only the interest, and paying almost 3 lacs at one is out of the question, please help.

emi is purely a personal arrangement. you must seek advice from a lawyer and act accordingly. if you have paid 300000 and the principal is still intact, it is your fault for not having decided the things up front.
