Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I bought a bike on 2012 and I have been paying emi amount correctly. But I din't pay it last month and manager from bajaj auto finance came to my home and took my bike without any procedure. He told he will give it back after checking but he took it to showroom and now saying due facility is cancelled and I have to pay full amount. He is charging 14000 extra. He asked me to come to showroom and pay it.

Dear Sir / Madam,

EMI instalments for loans availed have to be paid on a timely basis. You should go to the showroom, agree on the working of the balance amount of the loan remaining to be settled by you, and you should clear the loan in one go for the Company to release your vehicle.
