Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I and my bro looks like .both names are same.i came to know that he utilised my pan card and other details. forged my sign.he is unmarried and a wanderer.he opened a bank ac and got a credit card . It happened 8 years ago .he is now .now recovery agents approached me for ₹55000.

You should sort out the matter with your brother and ask him to settle his credit card dues.
