After cheque dishonored how much time limit is decided u/s 138 case for sending demand notice. .

Dear Madam / Sir,

You have 30 (thirty) days time from the date of receipt of notice of cheque dishonour from your Bank, to file a recovery suit under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1938.
