Company has availed credit facilities from the bank and one of its subsidiary has given corporate guarantee. NOw its subsidiary company has availed loan from a bank for which they want 2nd charge over corporate guarantee.
Can bank should consider the request of the borrower for modification?

Since they are inter related, the Bank should reject the request of the borrower for modification.
