I have used credit card and paid the payment regularly but from last 16 month i was jobless so not able to pay the credit card dues now got a preligitation summon from lok nyayalay what will happen if i will not appear in lok adalat

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should immediately negotiate and agree upon a settlement with the concerned Bank and appear in the Lok Adalat in response to the pre-litigation arbitrary summons you have received from them and file your reply thereto detailing your stance and say in the matter.

You should immediately negotiate and agree upon a settlement with the concerned Bank and appear in the Lok Adalat in response to the pre-litigation arbitrary summons you have received from them and file your reply thereto detailing your stance and say in the matter. Your failure to attend the hearing could result in the Bank pursuing Police action.
