i have credit card of rs.20000/-from vijaya bank.reguler payments from last year.but due to financial problem i have not payment from last 2 months.

bank wale mujhey dhamki de rahe hai ki fir karkay 420 ke case me jail bheg dengay.

what can i do

not able to make payment is not a criminal offence and no 420 is made out. they are doing it to get their money
