Dear Sir / Madam,
Any business run with the mind succeeds. The Bank does business strictly with the mind ... if you owe them money on any pretext say credit card, loan, overdraft, etc you ought to repay and settle it else face legal charges. You should negotiate a settlement with the Bank, repay and settle the amount agreed for settlement between you and the Bank and close the matter.
Regards,
1) First verify ur bank credit card a/c statement whether in order.
2) Negotiate with the bank and go for OTS.
3) Bank will not let u go free and recover its dues from ur other assets.
