Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear sir /madam, I have borrowed 2,00,000rs from local financer and paying high interest unfortunately from few months I am unable to pay the money due to no job at the same time I am getting trouble by the financer,they are not ready to give me some more time. Honestly I don't want to cheat, what is the solution?

You should meet and discuss the matter with the private financier and try to reach an amicable solution in the matter.
