Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear sir/ madam,

I gave Rs: 70,000 /- to our friend in 2011. He said he will return in 3 months. So for he has not return my money and he is making me to go everyday to his house. I am handicap I am not able to his house. He gave a empty promisery to me. How to recover my money.
