Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kuwait

Dear Sir, One man filed a case accusing me that I owe him one thousand KD. I have never narrowed , never had any deal or signed any documents or finger printed etc.. I knew him as one of our association member. I got court summons to attend... My question is how he can file a case when do not have any documents etc.. Please advise me how defend and prove that he has filed a false case on me. (earlier I had heated argument with him in our association meeting some where in 2012, I suspect that this man has grudge on me and did this). Thank You, Sincerely, Daniel Sarella

Dear Daniel,

Police intervention, interrogation of that person to confirm and confess that he is lying, and Police report thereafter to be submitted to the Court is advisable and recommended.
