Dear sir, mere father ne kisi se paise liye the,wo un paiso ko vapas ni kar sake the,us admi ne case file kar dia,mere father ki death ho gi thi,to hme court ke chakar ka kuch malum nahi tha,hmare pass village ki property hai ek dukan hai aur ek ghar hai.court ne order de diya property decree ka.lekin property vasiat main mere grandfather ke name pe hai.claimer ne ek fake shop ka map bna ke court mein pesh kar dia hai please advice me
