Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

Dear sir,

I have own business and due to reccession i have suffered heavy losses . To servive i used credit cards i paid them regularly but since last 3 months i am not able to pay them. I have no intention to dupe their money. But i want to know what will be legal consequence i will have to face. I may possibly regularise their payment after 2-3 months pls guide

You may initially contest it. and then volunteer to pay later after 2 - 3 months. It is only a civil case and not criminal.
