Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

dear sir

i am prasad from hyderabad, i have given a hand loan (2.5Lakhs) to my friend against there property papers (25Lakhs value) but the papers is on his father and he was expired when he was small and the property paper is a notary of 1982, he failed to pay the amount back and he is saying do what ever you want, i am really confused what to do and unable to recover the amount, please help me is there any legal way to get my money back. i have taken promissory note on 100 legal bond.

Lawguru is posting the same old queries several times over again and again, which have already been replied to several times, with current date just to show that they have traffic on the website, maybe with the false hope that they may be replied by some other legal attorney, which is highly unlikely.
