Dear Sir/Madam,

I found a product online ,When i approached the seller over the phone he told will send me account number and other details in mail for the product delivery. Once after that transcation is done. The seller is not reverting me back or refunding my money back,What shall i do.?

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should remind the seller to deliver the product to you within the next seven days, else inform the Seller to refund your money giving the seller your Bank A/c details, failing which you should straightaway report the matter to the local Police for swift action.
