Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear sir,

my one friend was told me since October,2013 " I have very urgent i have no any bank account so can u help me, if you have any bank account then please give me my account is open next month then i give you your debit card." there bank was pressure me please transact your account and please give the more balance, i think he have very urgent and bank was pressure me for transaction and balance that time i was open a SB A/C with Axis Bank , so help them and i give my debit card and account no. or told them you done your work when next month open your account then you return me.

After that some amount credited in my account which massage delivered in my mobile. after one month i was call them if you open your account then give me my debit card then he told me no i am not open my debit card please believe me i am shortly open my account and return your debit card. when i was call next month his mobile no was switch off and he is untraceable. after that in February i was given closing letter of bank, but they was not closed. on 18th march 2014 i give the call customer care and block my debit card. After one day bank call me and tell me " your account have deposited lottery money so you refund the money because all whose customer is claimed on your account. then i told branch manager above mention matter. right now i am very upset because which persons are deposit lottery amount in my account they was never call me i never know that and all money was withdraw i have no money what i do, please help me

Dear Sir / Madam,

Go and visit the concerned Axis Bank Branch where all the transactions have taken place and sort it out the matter regarding closure of your A/c and your Debit card once and for all.
