Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pakistan

Dear Sirs,

I want to seek your advice regarding a issue. A company name Bilkish Associates (dont ready to disclose its complete address in lahore) is calling and threatening me regarding the collection of money of credit card that I used in Saudia. The truth is that I never used credit card nor I have any debt with the bank and the same is confirmed by the bank as well. But the person whose name is shoaib khan is calling me and my family members and says that he is an authorized money/debt collecting agency and working as private detective on the behalf of Saudi bank. It is strange to me. e came to our home and threatened to tenants. I want to know that is it legal to work as private detective on behalf of saudi bank further how it is possible that they are governing by force Saudi laws in Pakistan. what i heard is that bank directly deals with customers in these cases through court. upon inquiry from concerned bank, they told that they have no authorized dealer/agency to collect debts in Pakistan.

What is the legal remedy available against these fake agents If he comes to my home again? I also searched the internet and I found a lot of scams and complains against this Bilkish Associates as they harrass the people like this and grab money from them.

Please advise.
