Hi, i have some debts on personal loan, but i have a property in my name, is it under risk if they file a case against me? how can i save myself, kindly help.

Yes, just like it is always advisable to eat how much you can chew as regards food, the same logic extends to be in debt to the extent you are in a position to repay and settle it. Don't go overboard.
