I had defaulted mt credit card I 2002, made a settlement in 15000/- but one in 2013 I have a notice to pay 47500 /- pl advice

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should keep a check on the usage of your credit card and ensure it is within the limit sanctioned every month. You can ask the bank to confirm all the charge slips for the usage of the card by you as mentioned in the notice, and only then settle the card outstanding.
